So I've observed big ole crows cawing lately, leaves starting to shed, much cooler mornings and days, busy squirrels and a few adorable random chipmunk sightings. I like fall. I don't like winter much however.
Two mommas both due this coming week and one called this morning with some signs and symptoms that perhaps things might be happening soon. I've been on a birth break for far too long and am ready to get back to a birth again!
Our family is going to grow again by one next May with the birth of another grandchild. With baby Ian coming in November, that will give us 7 grandchildren! Ian evens up the boy/girl ratio so the May baby will cause someone to need to even things out again. (smile)
I've gotten involved in a Beth Moore bible study on Daniel that I am enjoying. The interaction between the women in the group has been decent, but I am disappointed that not a single one has bothered to introduce herself to me or find out more about me. That was half the reason I joined a Bible study, so I could meet new people and hopefully form new friendships. I will persist however. I'm stubborn that way.

Well, those women are seriously missing out.
One thing I really love about living in north Alabama are the four seasons. You are going to LOVE fall up here!
